Our next meeting will be Jan. 26th, at Fred’s Market located at 2120 Harden Blvd. time 12:00 pm. Our speaker will be Pastor Wayne Friedt of Believers Fellowship. You will want to hear this man of God share about the Kingdom of God and the transfer of wealth. The Lord has blessed him with alot of wisdom in this area. Bring your Pastor or a friend with you and be ready to receive from the Lord.
Wayne Eugene Friedt, Jr. received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior on July 14, 1969 when God miraculously stopped him with a vision in an attempt of suicide. Prior to that experience, his life had been marred with alcoholism, drug abuse, and crime. At the time of his conversion, Wayne was facing over 100 years in prison. Jesus changed everything. Before meeting Christ, Wayne ’s life ambition was to become a gangster. Now his life’s goal is to commit the Word of God to faithful men and women who will also teach others (2 Timothy 2:2)
Wayne has served as Senior Pastor of Believers’ Fellowship in Lakeland , FL since 1978. He attended South Eastern Bible College (now known as Southeastern University ) to study Pastoral Ministry. He is an active member of the Association of Faith Churches and Ministers. Wayne has maintained an active involvement in ministry to the inmates of Polk County ’s jails since January 1976. With a deep, personal revelation of faithfulness, tithing, and “telling everyone about Jesus,” Pastor Wayne shares from his heart with transparency.
Wayne and his wife, Matti, were married July 21, 1972. They have three children and six grandchildren. Wayne has often voiced that one of his greatest pleasures in life is that his three children, their spouses and their children all serve the Lord and are actively involved in ministry to others.
